4.  A church which is a continuous training ground for those interested in Christian service and the work of the ministry.
5  A church with a strong, growing, and spiritually-minded youth group.
6.  A church where internationals and all ethnic groups feel at home.
7.  A church that has a dynamic ministry to children.
8.  A church with more parking and a new multi-purpose building that will contain a kitchen, children's sanctuary, Sunday School rooms, and restrooms.
9.  A church that is reaching out to the spiritually lost of our community.
10. A church that is growing spiritually and numerically.
